Porch rebuild

This was a 200 year old porch that was falling down and unsafe to walk on. We secured the roof, and carefully removed the columns to bring to the shop to rebuild and reuse. All the framing was replaced and Aeritas porch flooring was laid down. I had to custom mill trim pieces to replace parts that were either damaged or missing and built a new corbel to match the existing ones. We added a wheelchair ramp and ADA railing to comply with code. Original railings were cleaned up and reused, and new railings were custom built to match.
